Description

Bearing Shaft Insulated Assemblies are designed to electrically isolate bearings and shafts in wind turbine generators, motors and rotating equipment. They help prevent damaging electrical currents from passing through the bearing, reducing the risk of electrical erosion, pitting and premature bearing failure. The assembly provides reliable mechanical support while maintaining accurate shaft alignment and rotational stability. Different insulation materials, bearing sizes, shaft dimensions and mounting configurations can be supplied. Custom assemblies are manufactured according to approved drawings and application requirements.
